Do all the other things, the ambitious things—travel, get rich, get famous, innovate, lead,
fall in love, make and lose fortunes...but as you do, to the extent that you can, err
in the direction of kindness. -George Saunders
As far as success is concerned, seems like this beautiful girl is well on her way. She has one of the sweetest spirits ever, and was so awesome to work with! Meet Joni, a graduate from Foster High School, and now settled into her college home at Texas A&M. When she was in high school, she stayed extremely busy with bible studies, her youth group, and the drill team. She also enjoys spending time with her friends, and watching Netflix. She recently read the book "13 Reasons Why", and said it was life changing for her, because it taught her to not take the lives of others for granted. "I would say my best character traits are patience, wisdom and independence", she adds, "In twenty years, I hope people remember me as someone who really made her life count. I always think of my mom when I think about who I want to become; she is an incredibly strong individual."
There's nothing more classic than jeans and a white tee! It just goes to show that you don't have to overthink a trendy, flashy senior wardrobe, something solid colors and flattering fits can take you just as far. In fact, every outfit she brought was beautiful and feminine, and it was so fun to style all of them with the right setting: Quintana beach! Because Joni says her favorite place to be is the ocean, I knew it would be perfect. Becoming a journalist is something this sweet girl hopes to do, and I have faith that she will totally achieve her goal, because she always puts kindness first. Thanks Joni, for allowing me to be your senior photographer!
